Great question! We can host certain things like the ticketing system, remoting software and antivirus software but we would most likely have everything at your location with the ability to remote in, in the instance that we need to get to anything for support.
Simple, No. We at InTehc only charge for work that we have completed. If we take a device to repair and we see that it can not be fixed or may need too many parts, we will let you the customer know in advance and return the device. We do not charge to estimate if hardware can be repaired.
Once your product has been delivered, we are unable to give refunds due to the nature of our business. We reserve the right to provide a discount if an order is delivered after the scheduled time. Please have confirmation to order the specified apparel 2-3 weeks in advance if you are utilizing us to order shirts before the apparel is customized. We cannot guarantee that the shirts will be accurately personalized or delivered on schedule if they are bought beyond the two to three week mark.
